Looks like Warren is challenging this.

Note that Queensbury Promotions Limited as mentioned in the article is actually Frank Warren. Clearly he lost another boat load of money and decided to liquidate and start up again. If this is indeed the case, I'd imagine Mitchell is free to move as you can't just transfer assets in this way so if Mitchell signed for Frank Warren Promotions or W. Promotions, then I think he has a case to say that contract is null and void. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
Didn't he say he was going to challenge the Groves move too? Nothing has happened on that front (yet, at least).

While its great for us fans to have a boxing specific channel that picks up a lot of the US cards we wouldn't otherwise see, it can't be doing much for Warren's fighters being on a marginal subscription channel. When you factor in some of the laughable fights he's made lately for his "World" Champion and the problems Ricky Burns had in the last year with cancellations, it's no surprise they all want to jump ship.

No he was on Bunce's show after that happened and he said the Groves split was amicable and they hadn't ruled out working together again after his Matchroom deal ends. He's suing Ricky Burns though, and now he's taking legal action over Mitchell.

Cheers, I knew he was planning to sue someone.
