B-Hop - Murat off !

Murat has visa issues and the fight is off. B hop is looking for a September date now. And this won't be against Murat.

Why doesn't Hopkins go to Murat, I heard Germany is nice in September. It would give more Europeans a chance to see the old man in action.

My guess is that after Murat didn't get his visa B hop will be annoyed that he's been messed around after Murat was given the opportunity. B hop shouldn't be wasting time with fights like this, it won't prove much. If I was as old as B hop I would just be going for Stevenson and then keep trying to lure Froch in for a fight. If B hop becomes the legit 175 champ again, this could attract Froch to move up in the not too distant future.

Surely, Yusaf Mack or Edison Miranda coulda stepped in for this one.

I'd like to see him fight Adonis Stevenson next.

I thought Ornelus gave him a solid fight. Hopkins got hit with a lot of clean but dumb punches. Glad this one fell out though. Kovolev was in line to become his mandatory last night, though I seriously don't see Hopkins fighting him for different reasons.

I never even watched the Ornelas fight as it wasn't on TV at the time and looked like a waste of time. I just read about it.
