    Yeah I get that.

You know that old expression, keep your worse enemy closest.

    He just blew that.

They wont hurry to a call out to his place.
They will check his car out on every road worthy point each time he is pulled over.
    Book him for anything now.
They may even beat his ass one night or get some to do it for them.

I hate these kinds of cops, they love me though cause im smart enough to drop names of their colleges to them,Oh I surfed with such and such you know him?.

I went out with JB once her dad was the chief commissioner back then in the day. Nice bloke.

Thanks for your cooperation have a nice day sir...

You don't see videos or hear stories about the Police acting profesionally and lawfully.

    Why?

    a) it never happens

    Or

    b) people only film things, complain and rant about bad customer service, poor quality goods, injustice etc etc... The Police are no different and for every incompitent or crooked Police Officer you hear about, it's unlikely you'll hear about the other 20 good ones because people usually have a sizeable sense of self entightlment and are more likely to spend energy complaining than praising?

The internet isn't full of videos showing the Police doing valuable and good work for society because nobody cares to film it and jobody would watch it anyway...

I'd argue that you don't deserve a pat on the back for doing your job professionally. It is what you are paid to do. I have a handful of friends and family in law enforcement and while they are generally good people they all to varying degrees feel that they have special rights and are above certain laws. They ALL complain about the 4th amendment. There are plenty of good people that are in law enforcement but the dirth of stories and videos of police behaving badly, particularly towards law abiding citizens shows a pretty big cultural issue in American law enforcement.

It's not about a pat on the back, I'm just saying that the the ratio of poor policing videos/stories to good ones doesn't paint the clearest picture because, as you said - nobody cares when the Police get it right.

It all becomes anecdotal because we only log things (and this isn't just the Police) that piss us off or offend us etc, when was the last time you sat with a friend who ranted at you for 20 minutes about the great customer service they received in a shop?

I'd agree that law enforcement is a pretty thankless job but I don't think this video is an outlier for police conduct.

Yeah they are the last gang I would want to upset.
If I walked into a 'sounder' of them on the street, I'd 'keep' my head down in the trough and make sure i didnt 'litter'.
