Ken Buchanan fought his best fights abroad and was respected by the American he beat the legendary Jim Watt which says it all and I rest my case.

So he's a great because he got destroyed by Duran and beat Jim Watt? A guy who got stopped a bunch of times before hand by nobodies?

I'm not shitting on these guys, I'm asking you guys to think critically and challenge your own beliefs.

If we were talking about why Floyd Mayweather is great, we wouldn't say "well he beat undefeated Ricky Hatton, I rest my case". It would take a lot more than that.

You missed the bit where he was respected by Americans and fought often over there he beat Ismael Laguna and defended his title all around the world. That takes a lot of doing, can you imagine another fighter doing that. Jim Watt was only beaten by Alexis. Ken was probably the best Scottish fighter ever.
