Maybe not the most well known one, but ages ago i was watching some Orlando Canizales fights. And i come across his fight vs Fernando Ramos, and the sickening noise the punch made which sounded like it broke his ribs, left me speechless check it out for yourself 13:37 mark of this video.

Canelo has some great body shots. I saw him put a few people down with a body shot but I'm not sure if he KOd anyone with one

My favourite body shot KO is one of Roy Jones and it was with a right hook and not a left. You really have to punch someone hard to the left side of their body to take them down, as there is no liver there and your spleen isn't really attached to nerve bundles.

Marquez-Robbie Peden..

If I remember correct, Marquez punished Peden to the body from the very first round and by the later rounds, Peden was so softened up that he literally threw up in the corner.

One fav is Genaro Hernandez, RIP, ko over Raul Perez in the rematch. Just a debilitating shot. Class also as Hernandez gave him the strap and let him "exit" ring in front of fans as a Champion. Sport was a lil better with class like Chicanito around.

*I used to pride myself in being able to pressure other fighters... i'd hit the bag as hard as I could eveytime for 5 minutes... it's not easy. Once , these two guys r hitting the bag as hard or harder... I mean , they were hitting the bag like it stole something from them... one guy asked"when ur finished, u think I could hit that bag"..i said,,"go for it, im only amateur"... I never got in the way of pro's... anyway, the two guys r Orlando and Gabby Canizalez... Fuken Gabby's punches... mannnn..

He wasn't tall at all, maybe 5"8..he'd spar these big heavyweights..220 pounds... he'd rip their body to shreads.
