Price is overrated and rushed way to quickly into the spotlight against a veteran southpaw who has better skills and can adapt. And I'm not exactly sure what Lewis did to him but he made Price a 1 handed fighter who's jab and cardio were non existent. It makes me appreciate the Klitschko's that much more because they know how to use their size and brain. Advice to Price is fly under the radar, stay away from Lewis and find a trainer that can mold you into a more complete big man.

Price tired too quickly something was wrong with him, Thompson landed some body shots but his attacks were not that great. Price just needs to rebuild at a domestic level and start working on his conditioning.

Price will recover if he truly loves boxing. I still think he beats Fury. I think he is on the right track with Lewis but he rushed into the rematch. Fight someone like Fres Oquendo next a good boxer light on power and not too sturdy.

It took Wladimir a long time to get where he is. In hindsight these setbacks could be great for Price provided he learns from them

Aside from Price, last night showed me one thing - How good Wladimir is. Height, reach, power gets you where? Knocked out by Tony Thompson. Wlad has so much more.

Last time Wlad fought Thompson Wlad was seemingly disgusted to share the same ring with him. He toyed with Thompson.

Wlad is world level. Big difference.
Wlad got destroyed by aggressive fighters. He stays well clear of those type of fighters now and is happy in germany fighting fodder.

Give wilder and malik scott a go at Wlad and dont be surprised if a ko happens before 4.

Either way, wlad is a better fighter now and price has a long, long way to go.
    Fury is alot closer.

He doesn't seem that broad for a guy not far off 7' tall.

He seemed like he was in full control of his career until TT KOd him in the first fight.

I wanted Price to win last night but I was almost certain he was gonna lose.

Personally I don't think he can go much further, but I still believe he would destroy Fury inside a few rounds.

Provided he gets his stamina back, because if there is one thing I give to Fury that's better than Price, it's stamina.

True. But Fury has not felt that kind of pressure. I'm almost certain he will fold when he does.

No Fury would beat Price as all he has to do is take it to the later rounds, I cannot believe Price was so tired so quick.

I'm not sure he loves the sport like the K bros though and Vlad was 25 fights into his career not 15. From here on out it would be a steady diet of Botha's, Rahman's and Mollo's to boost his confidence. And I think Fury has to much in his arsenal for a loss against Price. That Pawing of the jab would be the first thing that goes and Lewis should know better because he did the same thing before Manny completed him.

Price was my big hope for the heavyweight world title. He clearly hasn't got it. He looked so good against those guys who didn't punch back.

    Lets support the tiger.
Are we really surprised price has stamina issues?
How many of davids fights go the distance?
The body shots beat david and the lovely timed combitnations.
Davids a nice guy but he will never beat tony thompson..ever.

Maloney needsto rebuild him up again by getting him to be a better boxer and working on his defense.

    Should david go on prizefighter?
Or perhaps just cash out against fury.

I agree, I really like thompsons interview after the first price fight, he made some great points and didnt come across as a crazy arrogant nut who thinks he can do everything, was very realistic and the journalists there a hard time for writing him off so easily... hats of tony I find him a very likeable fellow, he deserves this minor success and I hope he gets some big money, although outside of haye and klitschkos I dont think there is a lot of money out there for him, I doubt fighting fury would even make him that much
