He was up. The referee waved it off when he was up. I can't see an argument. The referee got it wrong. Good on Scott for being a gentleman about it, but he had every right to argue that call. From his point of view though, arguing it isn't gunna change the decision. Maybe he felt that by accepting it he'd have a better shot at getting a rematch. I expect to read numerous interviews this week were it is argued how wrong the decision was.
