I just cant agree. He may have taken a little long but that's his right and he was well up on the nine count and the ref was not on his way to ten. The ref was waving it off at the very point in time when he would have been saying 10 had Scott not been standing upright.
Granted I'm watching on mobile but have seen it at least 10 times. It looked like he was drapping the ropes (were they loose as Hell or what) and got clubbed off top-ear and crumpled. He had a half awake-dazzed look the entire time. He looked aloof. He was still in crouch and not up at 9, if ref 'reaches' 10...that pace count...the wave off equals reaching 10 at pace. Whatever it was, its on the fighter in that case. I don't think he was taking time, he looked buzzed. Now we've seen refs in others "speed" up a count near end. I didn't see that there.
