Logic: 90% of boxers today are on PED's, so naturally all boxers in past eras were on PED's, also.

The only thing I will say about boxers and Ped's is:
There are way more boxers than we might imagine that are using substances. Why? Because there is too much money involved and because boxing is ill ruled on that matter; too many different agencies, organisations and laws that are more than different from a state to another. Without uniformity of tests and laws with rigorous controls, you can be sure that those who got caught are only the peak of the Iceberg.
For those interested in that matter, I HIGHLY recommand you to read the following article by Don CAtlin, one of the top notch leader in matter of anti-doping techniques, the article is not too long, well written and sums up damn well the problem:
Max Boxing - News - Dr. Don Catlin on Anti-Doping in Boxing
So who was/is on dope? I won't say a name but this; way more than what we might think.

Good stuff.
But, the reason I started this thread was because everyone had an idea Pac and Mosely were on PED's by looking at their performance- and then that triggered investigations.
So, alls I'm suggesting is that looking back- who would you consider based on what we know now as tell-tale-signs of PED's. ??

Well, just with the eye, it's pretty tough to say, especially many changes can be make in matter of diets and training and if you do not specifically follow one boxer on his entire journey, there can be doubts but hard to prove.
IF I absolutely got to give an example (though I admit there is no scientific evidence backing my personnal observation), I'd tend to be very doubtful about a boxer (for example), who always struggled to make 12 rounds because of his cardio when he has very good phyical trainer with him but that would somehow and magically at some point make 12 rounds without a drop of sweat.
The body has its limits, it is possible to improve it but I'll always be skeptical wherever there is a 100% and total revolution.
