Ferguson was tough and fearless, he'd step in the ring to fight anybody.
Yes, yes... Jesse "The Boogeyman" Ferguson. He was rated as a top contender with championship quality. Analysts really felt he would be able to "do it"- and particularly compete with Mike Tyson.

The hype around Ferguson now kinda makes me think about the shiite hype around Seth Mitchell. Seth Mitchell CLEARLY doesn't have the skills or the resume to be in the top 15- but he was, and he was being touted as a major contender. Thank God Arreola saw to it that the fraud was exposed- if J. Banks hadn't already done so.
    Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Yes, yes... Lolenga "The Boogeyman" Mock. He was rated as a top contender with championship quality. Analysts really felt he would be able to "do it"- and particularly compete with Mike Tyson.

I never knew that about Mock.

Mock is obviously the best, although I'm not sure it's fair to call a man that dropped David Haye a journeyman. I think he could have even given Carl Thompson a tough fight if he dedicated himself, real shame we never got to see his prime years.

He is fighting for the EU light heavy title coming up though, I wonder if Haye would do a catchweight. Mock isn't going anywhere, that rematch needs to happen if Haye wants any credibility at HW.

*just when I call Johnny Gonzalez a jounerman, he comes back and ko's another top tier fighter... the guy has a memory of a fish. he can get ko'ed in one fight and come back and ko a better fighter the next time out... he's a real old school type fighter.. I've been watching him for years.

*Delvin Rodriquez..what a badass. the guy is a gangster in the night. I have friends that say he's giving it one more try.. training his ass off... if it weren't for his loss to Austin Trout, he'd have a little win streak going on... he'll fight Cotto... believe me, u don't sleep on DR.
