What the reality is, is losing to Fury after being such a favourite and fury viewed as such a rubbish fighter discredits Hayes whole career and proves people like me right.

Its more of a knock to Haye when he loses as he's supposed to win. He's done it on purpose, never wanted to go through with the fight. If he's supposed to spark him in 2 the cut wont be a problem, go through with it. He knows he was in a world of trouble and I doubt the fight ever happens now. Its a fucking joke! I pitty people like vendettos (who will now probably have a tear in his eye), Al and smashup. So many excuses. The mans career was on the line, getting knocked out by Fury validates all the criticisms he's recieved of only having a couple of half decent wins on his record and all those shaky moments hes had. Fury wanted to prove himself and Haye who said it would be over inside 2 rounds has now bottled it and found an excuse but purposefully sparred recklessly (look at the video of how wild the sparring was. Now makes you think, he was looking to get injured) to get out of it all.

He could have 'torn' a muscle, or 'broke' a bone if he wanted to duck out the fight. Trying to engineer a cut across the eyebrow by face first sparring would be pretty low down my list of ways to get out of a fight.

Pretty nasty gash I'm curious as to why he did not have full frontal headgear on and I gotta agree with some of the other post about the last minute sparring being very unprofessional. I think Haye will be out til December or early next year. Fury vs V Klitschko makes the most sense right now.
