Garcia vs Broner - who would win?

No question Broner is the better athlete...but his defense is overrated and one has to question his discipline outside the ring. Garcia is a smart fighter who has has great pop...and he always seems to get the job done. I think this would be a great fight. I would give the edge to Garcia because he has fought better competition and we have yet to see Broner go up against a truly A class fighter. Hope this fights gets made.

I would go with Garcia right now because he is pretty much veteran proven. Broner still has question marks at this elite level. At 140 or 147 can he handle the power, does his power translate, does he have stamina issues if pressed, and people have said in the amateurs when pushed to the next level he wilts. Visually, Broner does look like a "problem" but Garcia is so proven its pretty much hard to justify picking against him with anybody short of Mayweather.

Thanks for all the Welcome messages, and for restoring my faith in Human Judgement. there's no doubt Broner is a quality boxer and his P4P ranking is a lot to do with what he did in the lower weights. But he's got a lot to prove at 140lb and 147lb.
