I cut everything off back in the day so missed his duck waddle back to dressing room, but shit was classic! Left crackhead gets KO'd by Mosco on for the hell of it

I'm almost positive that led to the change of name to Benji. Can't say I blame him

Sure, he lacked discipline and a good chin, but he had power, size and serious skills.

Gonzalez beat Bowe and Lewis in consecutive nights in the amateurs but had a modest pro career.

I say he'd beat most anyone today aside from the Kiltschkos, Haye and maybe Arreola.

He'd have been a titlist for sure.
Sounds a lot like A. Harrison!

Gonzales was hype as a pro, I think he was finished as a pro by having too many amateur fights and starting late.

He would be a bum, just as he was a bum in his time.

I'd imagine he would have a good career as long as he stuck to nobody opponents like Pianeta and Wach did.

But he would have likely lost to the decent opponents he fought from the top 10 or 20.

He was a great amateur boxer, very good pedigree but did not translate well to pro.

He was a bum back then and he would be a bum today... Only difference is he'd have an EBT card..
