I live with my girl and sister and ever since they left for vacation, I literally cannot sleep ..

At first, I thought id enjoy the freedom and threw fat parties for the first couple nights but it got old quick..
My initial plan was to hook up with a bunch of girls and I did manage to get a few lays but that only made me miss my girl even more..
Ive been up for 3 days straight and I dont know what to do.. I just miss my two favorite women so much..

What can I do to relax and go to sleep?

Yes, I do too. I've always had severe problems with sleep and it goes back well into early childhood. You can alleviate it somewhat with a decent diet, exercise, and evening routine, but when it wants to hit you you can't do much about it. For me it is something I always need to be prepared for, and so always have a back up supply of medication for when it becomes particularly trying. During vacation time I don't mind not sleeping for a couple of nights as I know there are no demands on me, I don't mind it in that regard.

Hot place KL went in 87 I think, first stop on a round the world ticket with Malaysian air, I remember getting out of the airport and the heat was like walking into a blow dryer.We stayed in a reasonable clean hotel the cab driver sugested and we hired him for our first day of touristing to take us around in a nice Mercedes and introduce us to the place local like.
I loved the place, then we got to Penang on the train and a few days later I got arrested while on my own down in the China town section at a spot i shouldnt of been in talking to the wrong people, for suspicion of heroin trafficking and faced a tough few hours as an innocent (of that charge) trying to prove myself against some street detectives suspicions.
Figured it was a set up and maybe they didnt get the chance to put anything on me,or it was a mistake . The Government there had just hung two Aussies and turns out we were staying in the same New China hotel they were arrested in, so was probably being watched from the beginning.

Interesting start to south east Asia anyway. From there we eventually got on a ship and went over to Medan in Sumatra for culture shock number two;Changed our money into rupees and became instant millionaires ! Insane drivers on dirt roads and buses with chickens flying around in them, while the driver just guns it through towns with his hand on the horn turning around to look back into the bus at everyone smoking big fat clove cigarettes etc . Madness on wheels,we were like smoked sardines,eyes watering, pissed as newts, all in a sped up movie in traffic mayhem.

I've had insomnia since I was a kid. Only thing I ever found that helped was pills. I take Lunesta, seems to help a bit. My motto is, if it hurts, throw a pill at it.

Try to only use your bedroom for sex and sleep, no games, laptop or TV.
Have a bath before bed
Play this Rainy Mood, Sound of rain, helps me sleep.
Go for a run at night, or do exercise throughout the day.
Those cups of coffee and energy drinks are not helping so stop, Tea is fine in my experience.
Try to go to bed at the same time every day.
Know when you need to wake up, but not what time to go to bed, sleepyti.me bedtime calculator
Read a physical book, no electronics in bed (personally doesn't work for me)
Try to eat some thing at night, if you are hungry you will be more awake, glass of milk works fine.
Turn off the lights, even better if you turn off all lights at 10pm, artifical light will keep you awake.

Or you could just have two wanks DDD

The only time I have a hard time sleeping is if I'm not doing enough exercise. Get up in the morning and run 6 miles before work. No napping, no caffeine after noon and you will be fine. If not you probably need a medical solution.

Up until a few weeks ago have not once had problems sleeping. If anything when I get over 6 hrs I wake up dragging ass and feel more tired I have a cracked wisdom tooth that feels on the verge of abscess, so yeh...last few nights cannot sleep for shate
