Yes, I do too. I've always had severe problems with sleep and it goes back well into early childhood. You can alleviate it somewhat with a decent diet, exercise, and evening routine, but when it wants to hit you you can't do much about it. For me it is something I always need to be prepared for, and so always have a back up supply of medication for when it becomes particularly trying. During vacation time I don't mind not sleeping for a couple of nights as I know there are no demands on me, I don't mind it in that regard.
