Little fucker ran over my trash cans again yesterday. Right after he started driving he smashed my metal cans and his dad made him replace them So now I have two rubber/plastic cans and he just bounces them around the alley.

Theres a number of things you could do, but he sounds like hes an accident waiting to happen maybe just wait for it.

I think he likes to have a few beers, like most young men do. He was a pretty good kid. When my girl and her kids lived here in 07 he was over all the time- either to go rides bikes with the 12 year old boy or to ogle the 14 year old girl, I don't know.
