There isn't an intelligence agency in the world who thinks Iran are trying to build a nuke other than Israel's but they've been claiming Iran is a year a way from a nuke since 1982. Iran have never stated that they want to wipe Israel off the map. What they have said is that they don't want a nuclear weapon and they'll never pre-emptively attack another country. More bullshit hysteria.

The only way that Iran will build a nuke is if they do get attacked. An attack would also cement the current regime in power for at least another generation.
