If you are so against the idea of God why are you supporting Iran's ability to acquire nuclear weapons. Whenever they blow something up they chant Allah Akba and beat women. Maybe you feel our religious convictions are not oppressive enough. I guess you could take the view that if one country has nukes, everyone should but do you think the world is better of with a Nuclear Iran.

When do Iran ever blow anything up?

Even the US intelligence services admit Iran isn't making any effort to construct a nuclear wepon. What Iran want is a nuclear programme to supply energy and other civilian uses.

Back when our pet dictator ran the country we didn't have any problems with Iran having a nuclear facility.

Iran doesn't blow stuff up, they just protect and sponsor those that do.

If you believe that all Iran wants is nuclear energy you're a bigger fool than I realized. Also, your grammar is atrocious.

If all they're doing is protecting and sponsoring terrorist groups then that means they're no different to the United States.

The US intelligence services all agree that Iran isn't attempting to build a nuclear bomb.

And my grammar is just fine.

Salaman Rushdie and Christopher Hitchens knew a nuclear Iran was a bad thing. You might disagree with me but perhaps not them.

Iran have been bought out for billions by allowing sanctions to be lifted on them in exchange for not carrying on with their research in making nuclear weapons. They have done well out of the deal

So just to set the record straight Kirkland sides with Mos Def and I side with Hitchens and Rushdie.

YOU be the judge, I say it's dangerous, you can side with the useful idiots all you want, but if you are wrong we're as citizens of the World in a DEEP shit, if I'm wrong then NOTHING happens.

Why bring the opinions of individual punters into it? I'm sure if you think hard enough you can think of an even dumber way to view the Iranian nuclear situation.

Christopher Hitchens knew invading Iraq was a brilliant idea.

There isn't an intelligence agency in the world who thinks Iran are trying to build a nuke other than Israel's but they've been claiming Iran is a year a way from a nuke since 1982. There's a load of Israel-created hysteria in the US media about Iran being close to a bomb but it's just hype and hysteria to fool the people you can fool all of the time.
