    I've only hit a water bag twice, and it was heavy on sore hands. That long chain will do it, make it shake like that. At least I think so, because I was in a gym in Texas and one in Riverside and they both had long chains hanging their bags and they shook funny.

    That explains it. The chain it's hanging from is over 3 feet long. Almost as tall as the bag itself (which is fairly long too).
