It's a shame, but it was an expected result. It's a bit sad that HBO appears to have covered only a couple of short fights, when there was a very good undercard too. I don't understand why they just want to keep it short unlike Showtime who give you a good 4 fights each time.

Shocking enough, he just did. Apparently the fans are clamouring for Stevenson/Hopkins. First I have heard of it. I guess that is why Hopkins was nothing to do with the card and Kovalev was there just for show.

I find it a bit sad that Stevenson would be looking for a fight with Froch on the back of Froch being humiliated and to then talk about 'fans demanding' such a bout. It is bare faced cheek, and the audience should have given him a Froch style booing. Bullshit must be booed. You can take the pimp out of the man, but once a pimp always part pimp, I suppose.
