Only one I can see him skating fairly scuff free is the winner of Bute-Pascal. Hopkins will have as much say as the question will be who does he want to fight, and I think even a geriatric Hopkins has the ring savvy and gears to exploit Stevensons holes. I wouldn't fight Kovalev either, i'd change my number and grow a beard, maybe wear a hat ala Floyd Patterson. But at the end of the day that is the fight HBO wants and the one they will steer for and theone fans need-want to see.

Shumenov was signed by Golden Boy presumably so he can face Hopkins and Hopkins can win another belt.
Hopkins can't happen because of HBO.
Pascal/Bute winner makes sense and would be big in Canada. However, whether Pascal would want to face Stevenson is another story.
I'll throw a wild card out there. How about Edwin Rodriguez or Isaac Chilemba?
