You need to be an intelligent fighter with a great all around skill set who is willing to be patient/methodical (a great, consistent jab doesn't hurt either). Mental strength is as important as any physical one against Mayweather. Khan doesn't posses any of these attributes.
Well barring Floyd fighting himself, who is that below 160 then?

Good point. Not sure if i have the answer. Just giving my 2 cents about this particular match up.

I never thought Canelo would give Floyd fits but Khan is interesting as he's very active for rounds on end, shoots pretty straight and is lanky and fast. I think it would be more difficult for Floyd to fight khan than it was for him to fight Canelo.

Khan does have some glaring defensive flaws don't get me wrong, I pointed out a few myself in other threads as have many of you. However he's got a good strong fast jab and Floyd as well as pretty much any other boxer in history had always difficulty with a fast stiff jab. So no surprise there.

Maybe yes if he's going to fight pacman, khan would be the perfect fight before him there both faster and have high punch output. Don't get me wrong I think floyd beats them both and I really believe khan will be a harder fight than pacman pacmans too aggressive and will play right into floyds hands, I think if khan sticks to boxing and picks his shots were in for a cracker, he will really push floyd, but I do also think if he struggles with khans speed he doesnt take the pacman fight. Also I could be completely wrong and floyd KOs khan in the 1st round lol

For Khan to win he has to repeat what happened in the Mayweather-Judah fight. Some how he needs to find a way to get Mayweathers corner to jump into the ring and hope it gets Floyd DQ'ed. That's his only chance. There is no other way he can win. Cuz he's not good enough. Khan is a fighter on the decline. While he still does possess good hand speed he's clearly not as fast as he once was. Julio Diaz had no problem connecting on him. His speed won't even be a factor. Mayweather is gonna time him and hurt him. Khan is either gonna go down. Or he's gonna get that panic look in his face and start back peddling as fast as he can. He'll try and clinch and throw some weak punches to try and survive. But it won't work. Floyd will pick his spot and end it

Exactly. All those people thinking Khan's speed is going to make the fight close are thinking of the best version of Khan they've ever seen, Khan fighting the perfect fight for the first time in his life and Mayweather unable to deal with it. That's just not going to happen. Khan might win one or two of the first couple of rounds at absolute best but once Mayweather times him it's just going to be a one-sided battering.

Khan can do it but he will not because 36 minutes is a long time not to get hit, hurt and be knocked out.

I don't even think he'll make it out the first round. If Floyd takes the fight, it's cuz he's looking to send a message. Floyd ain't stupid. He knows Khan is a poor choice. He knows a points win over Khan is meaningless. It hurts him more than it helps him. But if he destroys Khan in a round or 2, that meaningless win actually becomes meaningful

So looking at the Maidana v Broner fight can we now say that Khan has a better chin and hits harder than Broner
