Really never seen any 149 lb guys protecting anyone of merit. If your shit comment holds any water tell me why their are no ex welterweight fighters working as body guards that are low on money? Street fights amoungst men do not last a minute and a half. If it does you have a death on your hands

Even stupid Bradlee has a bit of truth in his post. Whilst I kind of agree with the other bloke that 200+lb body guards are more effective than 140 odd lb former pro fighters would be, the bigger bodyguards are not average people generally and some of them I think Pac Man would be able to belt out (though not all).

Fact is Bradley "the simpleton" is right when he claims that Pac at 149lbs would be able to belt piss out of most guys over 200lbs, even some pretty decent fighters. Obviously.

Obviously though when there is someone just a bit too capable at that weight it would be too much for Pac, hence weight ranges.

Master, I just said that Pac could belt piss out of a lot of guys over 200lbs. At what point does that statement conflict with what you wrote? Dyslexia affects many these days my friend. You can take comfort knowing you're not alone!! =P

As for size in boxing, it's not the only thing I'm concerned about, but at HW where I utilise it quite a bit, where you are expressly ALLOWED to outweigh your opponents by any amount... Skills aside (which cannot be quantified anyway), the weight is the SINGLE most important factor in determining a fight. There is an extremely high correlation between how much an opponent is outweighed and the chances of them winning which is overwhelmingly obvious because of weight divisions etc without even looking at the statistics. I'm not obsessed with it but I acknowledge it's importance where as you would prefer to pretend that once you get above the HW limit it becomes irrelevant.

When Holyfield was beaten by big daddy Riddick Bowe, his trainers consulted he should gain weight for the rematch. He put on about 10lbs of solid muscle for Holy/Bowe 2 and it proved to be a very wise decision. His trainers did not review the footage and determine that Holy should lose 5 lbs, you know, for speed reasons!!
