Fury isnt a big puncher at heavy, at any level. Rarely has he one punched KOd anyone, even at the lower levels. Obviously given his size he has enough power to earn fighters respect but his KOs generally come from landing a lot of shots rather then one big one. Cunninghams KO seemed to come from sheer exhaustion of having a 7 foot monster lean on him for several rounds.

To talk of Fury as world class or a world beater at the moment is silly. He is a prospect. I doubt he will be that good and feel he will lose to the first genuine class heavyweight he fights. Ross disagrees and thinks he will be champ. Ross will also argue that Johnson and Cunningham are genuine class heavyweights where I will argue Johnson is shit and Cunningham is not going to beat a genusine heavyweight (again Adamek is not a genuine heavyweight).

Time will tell who is right and who is wrong but I dont think Fury will be fighting a genuine threat for a few years still. Id like to see him fight Chisora again and David Price but unlikely to happen. Also with all the shite he talks Id like to see him fight Wlad but I know he wont get in a ring with him.

But yet he can batter the fighter who will be contesting Vitalis title

He also finished Travis Walker quicker than Lucas Browne and Mike Perez and Pulev could only manage a points win

    Deffinitly not a heavyweight

Again it shows you know so little about boxing. Just because one fighter finished a fighter quicker then another that doesnt mean he is a bigger puncher. Fury went the distance with McDermot and then beat him in 9. He was beaten in 1 by Skelton. Aka Skelton is a monster puncher compared to Fury.

You said hes not a heavyweight?

If he can beat heavyweight fighters up better than other top heavyweights surely he must be a heavyweight? Or maybe the fighters he facing arent genuine heavies?

Maybe that fat blob Arreola should lose weight and be a cruiser. He doesnt look as muscled as Cunningham and Cunningham is ripped at 210lb. Arreola has no muscle on him. Same as Stiverne, just bloated.

These two contesting the WBC heavyweight title could well be the fattest title fight ever

No I said hes not a genuine heavyweight. He would still be a crusier if he could get decent paydays at that weight. Dont get me wrong he has been a good heavyweight fighter especially considering his size disadvantage. Hes washed up now anyway imo.

He was 217lb and solid when he beat Arreola. You do realise a heavyweight is any fighter over 200lb right? Its only recently been that way as well. Cruiser used to be 190lb just a few years ago.

The greatest heavyweight ever was lighter than 217lb in his pomp...

Is he not a genuine heavy?

Or are you just talking shit based on what some fighters now weigh?

Yes I am comparing him to modern day heavyweights, not past heavyweights who were much smaller. If you want to argue that go to the other threads on it.
