His biggest problem, especially at welter, is trying to stand in the pocket and make his opponents miss.
He needs to go back down in weight got a while, move more and throw more punches, in my opinion.
I agree in theory but in practice I just don't think he has good footwork in him. I think he needs to get that left shoulder up a bit. Work on upper body movement, he's always seemed stiff. And have his trainer work over and over and over again on reflexive punch selection. He throws the wrong punches. You can get away with that when you physically overwhelm opponents but when things are more equal physically the guy that does the right things at the right times wins.
