First, my official pick and I am rarely wrong but I have been wrong before. It is psychologically hard to come back to someone that knocked you out the way Mares got knocked out. Just making the fight after that takes a great deal of courage and that is where I draw the line. You cannot expect to mow over an experienced fighter like Gonzalez and walk right into him and he's the bigger man. Jhonny had more fights and more conflicts before Mares started boxing. I expect another L on Abner's resume. Like I said when someone gets your number it's hard to come back unlisted. Let's not forget that he didn't get a chance to throw punches south of the border like when he beat that little guy with the Nickname of that giant gorilla..
