Wish he met Floyd at that time.
Floyd called him and Casamayor out at the time. Neither bothered to reply.
Did that co-incide with him having a dispute with Bob Arum and not fighting for a very long time?
Well people forget that before all this Money Mayweather stuff, Floyd was one of the biggest boogeymen in boxing: an ultra talented virtuoso who could not yet draw flies to shit. Floyd was one of the biggest high risk/low reward threats in boxing, and as such higher profile guys like Frietas, Casamayor, Naseem Hamed (all of whom Floyd called out publicly) wouldn't come near him.

As far as Frietas giving Floyd a tough run? LOL, lets not blow Frietas up into something he isn't. Yeah he was a brutal puncher, yeah he beat Casamayor in a RAZOR thin decision, but he was largely a mental midget. When he realized his hardest shots weren't bothering Casamayor, he got scared and got on his bicycle. Then of course he famously bitched out and quit when guys like Corrales and Juan Diaz turned up the heat on him.

Floyd would have wiped the floor the with him. Frietas would have been lucky to go the distance with 2001 Mayweather.
Casamayor and Frietas called Mayweather out as well. As did Steve Johnson at lightweight. So who's fault is it the fights didn't happen?

I remember that.. casa and freitas did call him out and from what I remember, it was floyd who was more reluctant to fight..

Casa would have gave him shitload of problems..
