Bowe came in great shape and gave JLG a terrible beating. Shame he didn't have the discipline and motivation to keep himself in that kind of form. He really looked great here and in the 3rd Holyfield fight right after, before he went to shit vs Golota

Yeah brutal beatdown, savage finish as well. Big George would make Lampley look bi partisan in some fights, quite a laugh really. Remember how badly he was pulling for Trinidad against Hopkins? He didn't accept what was happening until Trinidad was in the process of getting stopped, instead going on about how Hopkins had to be so careful with a puncher like that, or that he still needed the rounds, priceless

Bowe put on his best run of victories, admittedly against inexperienced undefeated fighters but that was a quality series of fights. He then went on to be the first fighter to knock out Holyfield. He should have gone for Lennox at that time, while he was hot.

It was probally one of Bowes best showings..prior to, during and after the fight. He never fell the Gonzalez stalking, taunting and big fat mouth who ultimately proved more a hyped up flop with a jerry curl mullet than a legit heavyweight prize fighter.
