Yes we know that but is there much point in having a warm up against a guy you expect to get rid of in a round? He needed someone durable to get a few rounds with. This fight is obviously just for Warren to showcase him but its not going to do Fury any good
He might even end up toying with this opponent like he did with Rogan, pissing around going in to southpaw the entire fight like Rogan was nothing just to get rounds in. Dont forget it is just being used as a warm up and not as some other fighters have used Basile for as a step up in competition
God you talk shite. Who has used this as a step up in competition? Szpilka? in his 10th or 11th fight? Who is now fighting Jennings in his 16th or 17h fight? Dimitrenko? So what? He fought Basile after Basile had 25 straight wins and wasnt calling himself the greatest heavyweight ever when doing so.
