I am 6'2" tall, 49 years old. When I was 19, 20, I boxed at 156. The most I have ever weighed was 216, very briefly. I weigh 188 right now, and I could make 175 next week. I could fight at 168 and be in great shape.

I weigh around 15 - 15-7 .. If I got into good shape a bit more I'd should be cruiser.. If I was nails I could get down to light heavy but that would be huge ask for me. I've never been any lighter than that as an adult even in my teens when I had zero fat on me.

My favourite division historically wa middleweight. Fantastic athletes at that weight, naturally normal size men at peak fitness. Super Middle changed that a bit in 84 -90 when it was introduced and has produced some great fighters (such as Froch).

But I have a real romance for Middleweights. I am hoping Golovkin stays at the weight and makes it a big big attraction again as it used to be.

Honourable mentions are obviously Welterweight and Junior Welterweight, c racking fighters there at the mo', and Light Heavy has some good fighters at world strap level at the mo'.. Kovalev is a beast ..

Grey, do you have any videos of you sparring or fighting?

You seem to have been a proper boxer and a good trainer.

I'm 6' and weigh 168 right now. 160-162 is about my best weight.

Anyway, I guess my favorite division is Jr. Middle, just to be different. lol

    5'8" 176 so cruiser just.

Could easily make flyweight, cause I'm batman.

Fav weight is welterweight or super middle.
