The super middle tournament that was won by Ward was very tactical. All of Wards fight were on home turf and he had some help with the ref.

Doess that matter considering not one of his fights was even remotely close?

I don't see why any of them would want to do it. I liked what the Super 6 was but why would a fighter want to give up control over their career for over 2 years? Just look at how many pulled out of the original Super 6.
.... and the guys that pulled out, pulled out to do what exactly? If the top two or three fighters are in the tournament, where do you have to run?

Trust me: if Quillin, GGG and Martinez commit to it, who wouldn't want to be a part of it?

The reason the Super Six at Super Middle was successful was BECAUSE Ward, Froch, Dirrell and Taylor committed to the tournament. Taylor got rocked out, but Ward and Froch and Dirrell remained and they kept it going.

A Super Six can be done in a year and a half... tops!
