Haye needs someone like Jennings.... if you sincerely feel that Haye can waltz into a championship title fight off the top you have GOT to be JOKING!!

Haye is almost at the bottom of the pile now. He had better fight a ranked opponent- and don't shave his opponents down. He needs a ranked guy. Two of them and then a title fight- Jennings would be an easier fight, considering the other heavy hitters out there in the HW division and those MUCH MORE skilled than Jennings.

Haye does NOT want to go in with a skilled Pulev or Adamek, or a hard hitting Arreola, Stiverne, Wilder or even a damn Andy Ruiz.

So, do you see Haye fighting for a title now and not fighting his way back into the top??
I think haye will be able to just walk back into big fights.. if wladimir cant make a deal to face the wbc champion before the end of the year i can see whoever wins it going to haye .. People will still buy hayes talk and he will bring bigger money than anyone bar wladimir and that is all that matter.. Haye v wladimir 2 for all 4 belts next year.. wait and see.
Don't think the other top 5 guys are going to allow that... Haye is just as much a money maker as either of them barring Pulev...
which other top 5 guys? stiverne and co already talked to haye about defending the wbc title v haye if stiverne was to win and haye recovers fast enough ... if haye gets back in the ring, which i am sure he will he will be right up there for a title shot. which is a bit of a shame as he doesnt really deserve it on his achievements but it is about money and haye is the biggest money man outside of wlad.. and klitshcko don't pay their opponents that much either :S

Well that is a shame... the other contenders shouldn't allow it. The only claim Haye has is over the WBA belt. That's being held by Wlad. No other body should cater to him...

Boxing has to cater to him. He's one of the few who can put people in the seats and good PPV numbers. Nobody in the division has the drawing power of a David Haye.

Wonder how Haye enjoyed his toast while watching a day labor journeyman stagger hair plugged & hype man extraodinaire like Fury I actually like Haye in a twisted way...but he is a story of 1 step forward-2 steps back as a heavy. Until he shuts up and fights, and shuts up again...he hasn't done much as far as "now". I think the inactivity hurts him as well as a one bomb mindset vs Jennings. He sweeps before he delivers at times and closes range while open. Jennings is sharp and a combo hitter who knows the ropes, very hard to read and switches rolls on a dime. Say its next week-month...money on Jennings to spark him in all honesty. Its not a bad fight but cannot see it coming off at all.

He sure does put asses in seats. Moreso than the current champion.

Do not make out that Haye is a star in the division. Yes he may command ppv but that is more because who he fights than him.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
