He has so many other traits to make up for his lack of durability..

And btw, I missed some posts on this thread and the linares-khan comparison is downright offensive. Lol

Yes, I guess we can vaguely compare the two but they really are nothing alike..

First of all, khan is offensively good only because he's blessed with speed.. his footwork is poor and he has bad balance as a result which is why he gets tagged so often by punches he shouldnt be getting with.. the type of shots he gets hit with are unnacceptable for an elite fighter.. khan is technically too flawed..

Linares on the other hand is on a whole different level in terms of technique and fundamentals.. technically, he's near flawless on both defense and offense.. offensively, he's on the level of marquez, finito, donald curry, and ray leonard. That's how exceptionally good he is.. khan is far from it..

Unfortunately, he's cursed with fragile skin so he's not capable of taking too many shots. He doesnt get hit often but when he does, it affects him more than others, but that's not his fault cuzhe was born that way..

I would compare linares more with the likes of Terry Norris and Jhonny Gonzalez.... not khan.. please..

    Khan is like Gamboa..

This fight was the final eliminator for WBC so u csn expect linares to become champion this year. It's a guarantee..

Broner isnt coming back to LW so Linares will probably face an inferior opposition for the title..

Crawford, boring ass miguel vazquez and richard abril dint have the necessary tools to beat linares..

Richard abril already punked out from Linares cuz he knows he would have got fucked up in japan and miguel vazquez is just a pity pat runner.. he aint got nothing for linares..

Only two guys who are capable of competing with linares are kevin mitchell and and crawford..
