Right, Garcia was more worried about getting hit is what I meant, he was never quite confident of being able to do more damage and it showed. Herrera was not only outboxing him but seemed closer to landing hurtful punches in most every exchange imo, you don't get credit just for having more natural punching power if you can't make it count for anything in the fight.
