Ideally get people making their own tinctures/oil/butter products or buying them from government-licensed stores so they have guaranteed consistent unadulterated quality products. I put a few drops of tincture in a glass of fizzy water and that's me happt for several hours without having to harsh my mellow fannying around with fixings or having to smoke anything.

If they can't be persuaded to ingest their gear then they shouls mass produce these things and sell them at cost to improve public health.

And it's a great improvement in public health that it's being grown in houses now. Previously 99% of the stuff sold in England was big blocks of shit hash from Morocco. They were bought by English criminals in Spain and broken up and adulterated with all kinds of solvents and other shit to try and hide the fact it was poor quality shit and then it was mixed with other shit to lower the quality/improve the profit even more.

Now the stuff people get still isn't great but it's infinitely better for them than stuff that had the market for decades.
