    Actually, I halfway believe that could be the case. I don't think that Manny looks at himself as a macho guy, he looks at himself as more of an entertainer.
    I have no idea if he ever, let up on the gas out of compassion or any other reason, but it would not surprise me. He always talks about giving the fans a good show or a good fight.
    Manny doesn't strike me as the kind to take pleasure in beating someone for the fun of it.

    That... And he knows how it feels to be brutally KOd, maybe he doesn't wanna inflict that on others.

    That's not a great attribute for a fighter to have, sympathy.

    Certainly not a great thing to develop when you're getting older and slowing down.

    If he feels that way he should get out of the game now, because he's not going to get the same treatment from his opponents.

    I believe it for Margarito's case, but not entirely for Rios's case.... Pac stepped off the gas a bit with Rios, I saw. But a KO? I'm not convinced of that?!?!
