How is Floyd superior to Sweet Pea?

Better athlete, better puncher, faster hands, faster reflexes, more well rounded skill set, ect.

When it comes to in-ring skill, there's Floyd and Ray Robinson, and then there's everyone else.

Floyd started at a lower weight when he became a champion but Sweetpea did get stoppages as lightweight champion especially with his body work, so I disagree about better puncher.

Pernell had fast hands and a better defence and reflexes. He would stand in front of you and you could not hit him.
