The article starts out with some points but then the tone changes and starts to reveal a true distane for all that is mayweather. Problem with the argument is it actually supports the mayweather philososphy of making money without taking punishment.

Believe it or not I always approach these anti-Floyd articles with an open mind, ready to concede that I was wrong and Floyd is, indeed, overrated who's talent is nothing special and career was carefully managed to get to 45-0.
But every time it's always the same old tired, uneducated, historically inaccurate rhetoric that only preaches to the converted.
This guy's a bum, that guy's a bum, that guy was too small, that guy wasn't a threat, the ref helped him beat that guy, that guy was washed up, that guy was drained, yadda yadda. There's an excuse for every single win Floyd has. According to the haters, the guy who won his first world title in 1998 and has been fighting other champions and top 10 contenders ever since (that would be, what, 16 years now?) has NEVER had a real fight in his life.
Apparently, in the time that Floyd started fighting, there have only been 3 REAL fighters: Pacquiao, Margarito, and Paul Williams. And because he knew he had no chance against those guys, that they would KO him quick (probably with one hand tied behind their backs), he shamelessly ducked them and fought nothing but stiffs.
Cool. Live in that fantasy world. Act like beating Ricky Hatton was no big deal, even though at the time people were saying Floyd would never fight Hatton because he was too good of a pressure fighter and undefeated. Act like Mosley was a total wash-up, even though he was coming off an utter destruction of the #1 guy at WW and was ranked higher than he had been in the past 9 years before he lost to Vernon Forrest twice.
Say he ducked Pacquaio even though he offered Pac 40 million to fight him, and Pac turned it down because he was afraid to take a drug test (his people later email Floyd during negotiations and asked a) what would the penalty be if Manny tested positive and b) if he tested positive, could it be kept a secret).
Live in that fantasy. It's a free world.
