And I think everyone knows this, one overhand right and Wlad would be counting the lights on the ceiling.

Personally I would lean towards a Wladimir decision victory.
I think Wladimir is faster and sharper with his shots and has way more concussive power than Riddick did. I think he would best him on the outside.
Riddick's inside game was good though but I don't think it would play a serious factor against an opponent like Wladimir who is a master of keeping the action where he wants it. Riddick was never very swift to push inside, he was primarily an outfighter who often ended up there against smaller opponents and happened to be good at it.
Wladimir is slightly longer and heftier and holds a higher quality of weight (obviously). A peak Bowe should be around 235lbs.
One big plus for Bowe is his CHIN is better than Wladimir's for sure.
But having said that this fight is going to be something of a pickem fight, a near 50/50 proposition imo with Wladimir losing sometimes by knock out.
If this fight was made Riddick Bowe would have been the toughest opponent Wlad ever faced and vice verse.

Prime Riddick was one fight but that fight he would have beaten Wlad who has never faced a talented fighter like Bowe.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
I think Bowe at his best beats pre 05 Wlad but not the current version.. Max Power already gave the reason and I pretty much agree..
Bowe would have to get past Wlad's jab to utilize his infighting ability but I dont see him doing that.
H2H, Wladimir is too much for anybody..
Wlad could ko bowe and visa versa.
I could see Wlad with Bowe duck tapped to his jab and getting Bowe frustrated to the point of a DQ loss. Bowe wasn't hard to miss and had been wobbled and out jabbed by far less fighters than Wlad
in an even all fairs boxing match fought within the rules i would lean towards Bowe
if fought under the current conditions of a wlad fight then bowe has very little chance
Officially the only saddo who has had a girlfriend
Bowe was too inconsistent in his range and too lazy with his workrate. Sure he had epic EPIC battles with Evander Holyfield but that was just as much of a style matchup causing that as it was anything else. Did Bowe ever fight anyone else on Holyfield's level? I know he got completely schooled by a guy with a super weak chin in Andrew Golota before that nutjob started hitting low.
Wlad at this point in his career has been consistent to an extent many of us have never seen ever, and some of us remember Larry Holmes being this dominant.
Another thing to mention is that Riddick Bowe never....NEVER EVER EVER in his professional career fought a big puncher....not a once! The last big puncher he fought was Lennox Lewis and Lennox KO'd him. Wlad might not KO Bowe but he'd sure as hell fuck his world up.
Bowe would knock him spark out.
Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Based on what? 3 fights vs Holyfield?
Riddick Bowe, never fought Lewis, never fought Tyson, never fought Moorer, never fought Tua, never fought Foreman, never fought Morrison, never fought Ruddock, never fought Mercer, fuck he never fought Shannon Briggs for fucks sake!
Wladimir has fought and beaten everyone and anyone in the current heavyweight division for roughly 8 years going on 9.
Bowe's record is seriously short on dangerous opponents if anyone bothered to check it out.
Kabong is absolutely right.
Riddicks record is absolutely devoid of dangeous opponents. The hardest puncher was Golota and can't say he exactly took him to school even so it's a real stretch of the imagination for him to be dominationg Wladimir.
