I have been a slaughterman and a food safety officer at a meat works for years. What happens is the animals are blessed by the muslim right after they get stunned, right before they have their throat cut, they don't bless every piece of meat.

There's absolutely no difference in the meat from an Australian abattoir because the rest of it is produced as usual.

Halal meat from a middle east country or a plant predominantly middle east factory is definitely shitter quality because they are shit workers, put the anumals through pain and suffereing before death which stresses the flesh and reduces all the eating and keeping qualities and they are some of the filthiest swine ever, not even washing their hands sometimes after taking a dump then returning to work.

My advice is stay away from halal and you'll do fine. The reason those countries use a lot of spice in their cooking is cause the quality of meat is so bad!

No offence, but I'm not remotely surprised that's what you do

Being knowledgeable as I'm sure you are do you think Kobe meat is worth the fuss. I tried it and it was quite tasty but I think American Angus is just as good.
