So another 12 fights for the old man, I doubt he will get either of these two though.
    10 fights mate.

Dude has essentially ruined his legacy and will be remember by a lot of people as an old bum. Add to that, the fact that I didn't really like him at all anyways makes me just disregard him even more.

I mean think about it, his peak was a long time ago, like 20+ years ago between 91 and 94... So anyone born after that's a boxing fan has watched this old ass James Toney losing to idiots like Jason Gavern(?? Who).

His retirement is a decade overdue.
That's not fair as he performed brilliantly against Jirov and Holyfield in the early 2000s.

He was very relevant beyond 94.

His retirement is a good 6 or 7 years overdue though.

It's sad he and Roy continue to crap on their legacies.

Yh, I never said he wasn't relevant, I'm just saying his prime was past.

Just made me look up RJJ to see if he was still fighting. I can honestly say I had no idea that he was the current World Boxing Union (German Version) Cruiserweight champion. Last fought in December, and has had three fights since he lost to Lebedev. Pretty depressing stuff.
