An all Australian BBQ game of drinking cheap cask wine called Goon of fortune.
The clothes line is called a hills hoist most joints had them once,we used them for hanging round a bouts when we were kids you'd hang on and run around then lift your feet up and go like a sideways superman.

they sell that rot-gut here in malaysdia and you are right---so many homeless toothess bims here are chugging that shit in the corners at night.the drink of the kings and due to it being 9% its also the chosen drink of many homeless people.
Not a fan of it myself but i don't think many people drink it for the flavour...
