Here, any place that sells keg beer will rent taps as well. My friend had a small refrigerator that housed a keg and had a tap on top.

Every time I looked into this it worked out more expensive than buying individual bottles or cans of beer.
Landlords and ex-landlords can get discounts on kegs.
