I think it's a conspiracy by the government and the illuminati to start cutting down on the population because there's too many people and the rate is going up too fucking high.
Won't be me though I gave up sweet sugar!![]()

I think the diabetes epidemic is more due to the fact that kids simply are not given time to work off excess energy and adults never have time to do so either. Recess is the very first thing cut out of school when time constraints are present....why not let the kids run and jump and play instead of forcing them to focus for hours on end?
It is against our very nature as human beings to focus for hours on end and NOT burn energy...no wonder there are insane people in this world. If dogs were treated like humans then how much furniture do you think they would chew up and ruin if they weren't allowed to burn off energy?
I have lost 2 kilos in 2 weeks and that is without doing anything more than avoiding snacks and I am not even overweight. It really isn't that hard to make sure one of your meals is highly nutritious and to say 'no snacks'. You are what you eat and in the West (UK overweight stats of 66%) indicate that people simply make excuses and have little self control. Being overweight was the exception rather than the norm when I grew up, but 2/3rds being overweight indicates serious issues today. Whenever I return home I am astonished by how people look, but the sad thing is that they think it is normal. It isn't normal in the slightest and I make all my comparisons on different countries that I have observed. Japan, for instance, looks as a human population should. Healthy, thin, active. Then you jump over to the UK and it is like a crazed scientific experiment. I get a few kilo's heavier, despite being well within a healthy range, and do something about it. Why do fat people allow themselves to become obese? I think a lot of it is sheer greed and laziness. It has become the cultural norm to look like a slob and so everyone is becoming so. Food should really be worshiped and respected, but instead it is treated like cheap credit. Something to be abused. I like being thin and healthy and like seeing healthy thin people around me. In such a culture obesity is discouraged for the ugly, self defeating thing it is. In the West, one must walk on eggshells because obesity is all around in the office and the streets. It is an eyesore and any healthy person would say as much. It's sad that people cannot just say 'You are fat'. Such comments would have an impact.
