I don't care which color of gloves the boxers are wearing; to me, it doesn't make any difference in my appreciation of the fight. Personally, I'd go with Black Grant gloves. Black is pretty much the color I wear the most and I just like the shape of the Grant; punches pretty heave and offers a good defensive basis. Pretty balanced everywhere. I don't like the Everlast though (even though if once again it doesn't make the fights less enjoyables), they are kind of long and they look soft, wouldn't wear that anytime it's possible.
I am also growing fond of the Rival gloves which seem to be pretty good overall and to offer a very tight grip around the wrist.
