Look, I get the fascination with Tyson. Exciting champion with excellent hand speed and power, but he was not invincible. For goodness sake, he was stunned badly against Bonecrusher Smith, imagine what Foreman would have done if he caught him clean, either young or the old version.

Not only that think about the experience a guy like Foreman had: learning from Sonny Liston, sparring with Cleveland Williams, beating the undefeated undisputed heavyweight champion of the world Joe Frazier in 2 rounds knocking him down several times and then going toe to toe with Evander Holyfield in his old age rocking the granite jawed Real Deal more than a few times.


George Foreman would use his height, his reach, his power, and his strength to beat Tyson into submission....Tyson wanted 0 to do with George Foreman because George was bigger, badder, and psychologically in control in his 2nd go round....Tyson would have been humiliated.

I've always said this, if young George Foreman had all of the mental qualities and patience of the older George Foreman he would be almost unbeatable during his physical prime of the 70s.. In fact, I find George Foreman to be much more interesting than the countless "what ifs" of Tyson. Big George had what could be argued the strongest punch in HW history, and by default in boxing history, his power made Tyson's look like Malignaggi.
