i ate 3 fried fish the other night, the fish was kinda tough but real fucking delicious. I ate the 3 fish, they were great, then I forgot to eat fruit. Next day I shit about halfway, shit real good, but the BOOM it just stopped halfway thru the shit. Shut down completely. STOPPED. Thought I was done, went to work, then after a few hrs, I felt a steady pressure building up in my lower intestines, a heaviness, IT WAS THE FUCKING FISH, SLOWLY MOVING THRU MY INTESTINES/COLON. Couldnt take a shit, just this pressure, this annoyinig-ass pressure building and building. Went home, tried to shit, but couldnt. Very uncomfortable so that I didnt even want to sit down on a hard chair, it felt like it would push the shit back up into my intestines. Around midnight, I felt it was coming out, so I took a small shit, it relieved some of the pressure, but then I went to sleep, feeling a bit better. This went on for 3 days.
FINALLY TODAY I COMPLETELY CLEANED OUT MY BOWELS, ALL THE FUCKING WAY. I DRANK 4 LITERS OF WATER THE NIGHT BEFORE, I PISSED 5 TIMES DURING THE NIGHT, I PISSED OUT ABOUT 3 LITERS, AND I ATE 3 APPLES TOO. THAT BLEW THAT SHIT RIGHT OUT THE FUCKING DOOR.
THE KEY IS WATER, MATES, DRINK ATLEAST 3 LITERS PER DAY, AND EAT ALOT OF FRUIT.
