please tell me why, Crawford in my eyes is nothing special and I can see him getting sparked.
Sorry chaps but I can not for the life of me, see a great fighter in the making just a overrated
one, I hope I am wrong.
I think you are wrong, I've watched that fight twice now and Crawford tore Gamboa's ass up!
I was thinking Gamboa would win the fight but Crawford was too fast and was catching Gamboa coming and going.
Speed has always been Gamboa's great advantage which Crawford nullified, making Gamboa look less than spectacular.
You are right about Gamboa moving back down, especially if you are right about Crawford being nothing special. LOL.

Gamboa looked like a dwarf, compared to Crawford in the end the naturally bigger fighter won,
I am not saying Crawfords crap, but I feel he has been well over hyped, and a lot of fighters are
but in the end if your not up to it you get found out some do some don't.!

It was the quintessential breakdown. Gamboa didn't just 'decide' to stop trying to box. Crawford adjusted and called him on it and took control. The guy was literal;ly feinting him into shots with slight of hand and kept him blowing in both directions. It was a very sound text book on forcing a guy into error and making him pay dearly.

I can't fault a single thing Crawford did. I know Gamboa is very good so Crawford is very good plus some. Even when Gamboa finally got a decent punch in on Crawford, he did the right things. Grab and hold, stay calm, and stay away from the ropes.
It was my favorite type of fight, two boxer/punchers having it out.
