    Roughed up?

    Dude hardly landed anything.

Cotto and Emmanuel Burton did a better job.
He actually did rough him up, inside, outside early on and out jabbed the shit outta him in the 8th if I remember right. Floyd adjusted and had a helluva fight. Bcollins gave him full props why don't you try it once in awhile
"outjabbed the shit out of him"

    hahahaha

Why don't you visit reality for once in a while.

Maidana was swinging at air like a washerwoman...if you call that roughing him up then yes....he roughed him up plenty.
What did you score it while we're at it..or are ya still behind as far as Mayweather fights since Castillo and all
I would guess 120-108 Mayweather, since Maidana was swinging at air.

I expect a shutout this time. I scored the 1st fight 9 rounds to 3 for floyd I don't think the fight was that close. Throwing a shit load of punches and hitting nothing don't win rounds !

I had it 9-3 or 8-4 too. But Mayweather clearly was roughed up. The cut was nasty and I thought the fight was gonna be stopped when I heard floyd crying in the corner about not being able to see

I'm torn. I scored the first fight close, but when I ask myself who can make adjustments for the rematch, I have to think Floyd can, which is why, ultimately, I think I'd prefer a new opponent, like Porter, Thurman, Lara or Andrade. With all the fights out there for Floyd, is this the one you want most? The bottom line is that I'm not very excited about the fall PPVs.

none of those guys have big enough names to make Floyd the money he wants the reason for the rematch is cause it'd currently make the most money for him outside of Pacquiao

My interest is not how much money Floyd makes on a fight but the best fight to watch as a fan.

Not me, I definitely want to see them fight again!
Everyone seems to be of one mind, with a hive mentality, Floyd will have him completely figured out and it will a no contest this time.
It's possible, maybe even likely, but Robert Garcia and Maidana aren't coming back just for the money. They want to win and think they can win, so they are not going to be setting around, sucking on lollipops, and waiting to count their money.

Really didn't think the first fight was close at all I had it 8 to 3 with one rd even, Maidana missed about 80% of his punches and when he did land they weren't even clean, Floyd was way more clinical and precise landing almost 60% of his punches.

Not really to interested in seeing a rematch, I would be shocked if Maidana wins more than 2 rds. I fully expect Floyd to pitch a shutout this time.

i wish Floyd would fight someone else. Mainly because I don't see the rematch being that difficult for Mr. Mayweather

Mayweather'll probably pick Porter after Maidana because Porter is made to order for Mayweather.
Dude comes in with wide, looping shots, can't throw straight ones to save his life, he's not particularly fast, not a hard puncher, and leaves so many openings to both head and body that Floyd would be slipping counters through effortlessly, countering this guy all night long. The positives are that he's a young, prime fighter with good conditioning, stamina, and durability. Decent name on the resume, for a relatively easy fight.

Floyd wont be picking Porter coming off a a whooping to Kell Brook.

All I thought throughout Maidana-Floyd 1 was that Duran would have killed him.

Apparently the PPV numbers were really poor so they obviously think Maidana roughing him up a bit will reverse that.
