Yes running and just moving laterally takes loads of energy.

It's far better to be the aggressor if at all possible and occasionally step back to counter punch.

Running n moving like Lara did takes an insane level of fitness. I honestly didn't think he'd be able to do that for 12.

I've seen Cotto n Acelino Freitas run out of gas trying a similar gameplan in the past.

It's very hard.
